About the Role

We are seeking a versatile English-speaking Art Director experienced in online and offline formats and campaigns, accustomed to working closely with the Senior Creative Copywriter in a creative duo format. The ideal candidate will be part of the conceptualization process, thoroughly understanding the brand identity and proposing fresh and innovative visual ideas that convey its messages, values, and personality.

Responsibilities
  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Designer/Art Director in a digital agency (or in a similar environment)
  • Portfolio with successfully launched client projects and concepts across broadcast work, digital, social, and everything in between
  • An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work
  • Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief
  • Ability to deliver and present conceptual work
  • Ability to deliver and present high complexity briefs working in partnership with a Senior Creative Copywriter (both reporting to the Creative Director)
  • A thorough knowledge of key features within Adobe Cloud
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and inspire the creative team to achieve outstanding results
  • Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications
  • Strong design, creativity, and strategy-based communication skills
  • Eager to learn and improve from new techniques and new tools, such as AI
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal communication skills in order to speak effectively with internal teams and clients
