Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level DrillStem Test Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of our specialized equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to maintenance schedules and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
  • Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System to record and track maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance history.
  • Participating in Technology Lifecycle Management business systems to ensure accurate recording of materials, labor costs, and operational data.
  • Actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce the cost of service delivery.
  • Implementing cost-saving projects focused on repair and reuse strategies for parts and equipment.
  • Participating in failure analysis and troubleshooting processes as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
