Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a subject matter expert, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
- Prepare technical specifications, manuals, and operating procedures to support project documentation requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
About You
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation, with wind turbine electrical system design, installation, and commissioning experience being an advantage.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation.
- Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts and prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, team environment.
