Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a subject matter expert, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
- Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team, to develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in Offshore wind project development, execution, and operation. You should have knowledge and understanding of wind project different disciplines like design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
