Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team at Ramboll Group A/S.
About the RoleAs our new Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice to our clients on all aspects of wind turbine electrical systems. This includes supporting clients in shaping winning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and addressing complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes, in collaboration with external stakeholders and our clients.
- Prepare technical specifications, manuals, and operating procedures to support project documentation requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
