About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a subject matter expert, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
  • Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
  • Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of wind project different disciplines, including design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts and prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, team environment.
