Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert

Your New RoleAs our new Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical, you will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. You will take on a key role as a subject matter expert and will provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, especially wind turbine electrical systems. This includes supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, and addressing complex technical challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
- Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team.
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel.
You will be part of our global Offshore Wind Advisory team working on offshore wind farm developments worldwide. Based in one of our offices in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Delft, Madrid, Oslo, London, or Princeton, you will join an established and vibrant team of highly talented and engaged colleagues providing consulting services to our clients along the whole value chain of wind projects.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in Offshore wind project development, execution, and operation, with wind turbine electrical system design, installation, and commissioning experience being an advantage.
