Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries across multiple channels, providing fast and accurate solutions to customer needs. You will also need to accurately record call details in the call management system to ensure timely resolutions within the agreed SLA. Furthermore, you will stay up-to-date with the latest services and products, focusing on solutions designed for specific customer applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide fast and accurate solutions to customer needs.
  • Accurately record call details in the call management system.
  • Stay informed about the latest services and products.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to have native or fluent French language proficiency, with a B2 or higher level of English. A minimum of one year's experience in customer service, ideally with technical support experience, is also required. Good knowledge of IT concepts like signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and AV products is essential. Excellent listening skills and an ability to understand and address customer needs effectively are crucial. Finally, a proactive approach with efficient problem-solving and escalating as necessary is vital.
