**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multilingual Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, advising on tailored product selections, and ensuring timely reorders of sold products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:*
- Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
- Custoamer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Possess a third-level qualification (i.E., degree) and a driving license.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
**Language Requirements:** Fluency in English and Dutch, plus ONE of the following: French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
**The Company:** Our client is one of the world's largest toy and game manufacturers, known for their passion in creating the best toy soldiers. They pride themselves on their record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year.
**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this position is €32,000 per annum, including relocation support (€3,200 paid with first month's salary), profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.
**Location:** This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office.
