**What We Offer**
A fast-paced, energetic, and engaging environment. Flexible hours. Work remotely or come by the office as much as you want. **Competitive Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Option to earn part of your salary in US dollars. Three weeks vacations from the first year. Four weeks paternity leave. OSDE 310 health coverage (family plan). You will be responsible for developing and negotiating commercial proposals to meet our customers' varied needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
You will investigate different scenarios to develop proposals that aren't always obvious. Navigate the customer decision-making process to aid in completing renewals on time. Deliver a friendly, harmonious, and efficient experience for all involved in the contract renewal process.
Negotiate with customers to cover their needs while keeping Avature's interests in mind. Interact with different teams to understand account background to develop your offer. Review, understand and document existing services provided to customers. Utilize our renewals process to deliver renewed contracts on time.
**About You**
Great organizational skills and proactive attitude. Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach. Affinity with numbers (Excel skills are a must). Advanced written and spoken English. Adaptable and fast learner. Background in procurement/accounting/finance roles is a plus. Permanent residency in Argentina is required.
