Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit: Achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Customer Service: Deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Commerciality: Ensure that the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are challenged and achieving results.
- Ear Piercing: Provide ear piercing services to customers, with full training provided.
Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3,000 stores globally. We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics products, catering to a wide range of customers from children to young women. Qualifications and Requirements- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a POS system.
