About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and commercially correct store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profit: Achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing losses.
- Commerciality: Ensure the store is well-merchandised, with a focus on commercial correctness and visual appeal.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing direction and guidance to ensure team members are challenged and achieving results.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly.
