As a key member of our HR team at Empresa reconocida, you will be responsible for the following critical tasks:
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all HR processes, including data management and system integration.
- Overseeing the transfer of employee data to various HR systems through API and interface management.
- Leading the deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of HR systems globally and locally.
- Managing issues and implementing solutions for both global and local systems.
- Driving initiatives and enhancements for HR processes and systems.
- Developing ad-hoc reporting and delivering self-service strategies through data analysis and collaboration with the global data and reporting team.
- Supporting the development of local and global dashboards and analytics initiatives.
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- Technical expertise in HR systems and processes, including EC, ONB, T&A, and Resourcing.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and technical HR knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
