Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Travel Sales Consultant to join our European operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through inbound calls, electronic inquiries, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and make sales inquiries by phone, electronically, or in person
- Provide excellent customer service by offering general information, services, packages, and pricing
- Recommend solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer
- Offer package upgrade options and ensure daily follow-up on customer sales enquiries
- Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement
- Resolve customer complaints and refer to the correct department as needed
- Personable, approachable, and professional with a passion for helping customers find the perfect luxury holiday
- Background in phone-based sales, with travel experience highly regarded
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge, and working to achieve goals
