Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our European team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and providing an exceptional customer experience for our valued members.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and make sales calls to promote our luxury holiday packages.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they find the perfect holiday.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required.
