Job Summary
Luxury Escapes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing European operation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and make sales pitches via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services, packages, and pricing.
- Recommend solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and ownership of customer sales inquiries.
- Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Personable, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Background in phone-based sales, with travel experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a competitive environment and meet KPIs.
- Flexibility with availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for customer sales.
- Driven to succeed and enjoy a challenge.
