What We Offer

As a Travel Sales Consultant at Exoticca, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to all our members and clients. With a comprehensive understanding of our operations across various countries, you will provide a 24/7 service and aim to become one of our leading travel agents within the Sales department.

  • Respond to inquiries from customers interested in Exoticca products, assess their needs, offer tailored recommendations, and highlight the advantages of an Exoticca experience.
  • Utilize best practices to understand customers' budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes while delivering a premium service.
  • Address any requests, complaints, reviews, or refund issues that may arise.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of our offerings and travel packages.
  • Ensure operational integrity by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Meet individual performance targets and contribute to company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive attitude: you are eager to learn, highly motivated, and determined to excel.
  • Flexibility in scheduling: you are available to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Travel Consultant, you will work on rotating shifts.
  • Fluency in French is essential; we are particularly interested in multilingual candidates, especially in the markets we serve: English, French, Spanish, Mexican, UK, US, CA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a contact center within the travel sector.
  • A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Amadeus, or other CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of travel trends.
  • We are also seeking native German speakers.
