Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality HR services, including employee life cycle events, HR administration, and payroll support.
  2. Develop and maintain HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, contract changes, certificates, and references.
  3. Document process changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIT systems.
  5. Track and monitor ongoing processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  6. Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement HR initiatives that drive employee experience and satisfaction.
  7. Fulfill service level agreements and operational level agreements, and take corrective action when necessary.
  8. Participate in process optimizations to improve process flows, performance, and quality.
