Country Operations Manager

At ALTERNATIVE LOANS EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES IP, we're revolutionizing business financing and making a positive impact on the European economy. We're seeking a highly skilled Country Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operations within Spain, ensuring the successful launch, execution, and expansion of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to ensure smooth and efficient processes aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the local operations team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience, and continuously improving processes based on feedback and performance data.
  • Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, implement strategies for maximizing customer retention and growth, and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Credit Management: Oversee credit approval and risk assessment processes, ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures, monitoring credit performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies, develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and make informed decisions, proficiency in G Suite.
