We're a fast-growing company with a global presence, and we're looking for a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team.
The Role
The Implementation team at TravelPerk is responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for analyzing their needs, developing tailored implementation plans, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
- Develop and execute implementation plans, including requirements documentation and client-facing communications
- Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality
- Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
- Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
- Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business needs
- Communicate complex and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand
- Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks, and issues
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in an international environment
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Experience in implementing products to different clients
- Organized and structured way of working, with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt the communication accordingly
