At TravelPerk, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation Team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to clients on the implementation of our platform, ensuring they're fully prepared to use TravelPerk to book their business travel.
- Configure client accounts to their specifications, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Develop and execute tailored training sessions with key client stakeholders, ensuring they're equipped to get the most out of our platform.
- Manage the rollout of new platforms for clients, providing guides, templates, and recommendations to ensure adoption and long-term success.
- Take ownership of timeline rollout plans and handle client accounts during the implementation process, directing work through the internal team and supporting clients as needed.
- Collaborate with multiple departments within the TravelPerk organization, including Revenue, Sales, Account Management, Product Builders, Engineering, and Finance.
- Analyze completed implementation work to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's process.
- Native or near-native fluency in German and fluency in English (written and oral).
- A customer-first mentality, with a focus on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Experience in implementing products to different clients, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with C-level stakeholders to define their requirements and concerns in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt communication and approach accordingly.
- A thoughtful, consultative approach to making recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to seek out ways to improve and a mindset of continuous improvement.
