The RoleThe Implementation team at TravelPerk is responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients. We're seeking a German-speaking Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for successfully executing and launching implementations within their portfolio. As an Implementation Specialist, you will analyze the specific needs and circumstances of each customer to propose a tailored implementation plan. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close implementation projects, including developing requirements documentation and finalizing deliverables
- Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality
- Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
- Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals
- Ensure that accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business needs
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in an international environment
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Experience in implementing products to different clients
- Organized and structured way of working, with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt communication accordingly
- Studies in Project Management
- Prior experience in a SAAS implementation role
