About the Role

As a Language Content Specialist, Swedish, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content in Swedish. This is a unique opportunity to join our Prime Video Global Operations team and contribute to the success of our streaming service.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your expertise in Swedish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to our strict standards.
About the Team
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring seamless content publishing to our global audience. We're committed to delivering a high-quality experience for our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
