Language Content Specialist, Swedish, Prime Video Global Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Swedish language and experience in content publishing, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will be responsible for executing standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge of Swedish language to create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly.

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
