As a Language Content Specialist for Prime Video, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of content available on our platform. You will be responsible for applying your expert knowledge of the Swedish language to improve processes, manage escalations, and create high-quality media assets.
Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge of Swedish language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
Requirements- Fluency in Swedish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
