Language Content Specialist, Portuguese, Prime Video Global Operations

At Amazon Prime Video, we're looking for a skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content in Portuguese.
About the Role:We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Portuguese language and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to apply your knowledge to improve processes, create or fix media assets, and manage escalation on routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply knowledge of Portuguese language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements:- Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
