Language Content Specialist, Portuguese, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Portuguese Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for publishing and enhancing the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing your expertise in the Portuguese language.
Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge of Portuguese language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
