Language Content Specialist, French, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled French Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video team. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our French-language content.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply your expertise in French language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements
- Manage escalation on routine / predefined tasks
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
