Language Content Specialist, Portuguese, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist, Portuguese, Prime Video Global Operations to join our team at Amazon Prime Video. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to apply expert knowledge of the Portuguese language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements. You will also be responsible for managing escalation on routine/predefined tasks, creating or fixing media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge of Portuguese language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
