Language Content Specialist, Norwegian, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a Language Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of Norwegian language content on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Apply your knowledge of Norwegian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
Requirements- Fluency in Norwegian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
