Prime Video Global Operations Norwegian Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing your expertise in the Norwegian language.
Key Responsibilities- Content Publishing and Quality Enhancement: Apply your knowledge of Norwegian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Task Management and Escalation: Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Media Asset Creation and Editing: Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to Amazon's standards.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Norwegian language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the post-house/studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
