About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prime Video Global Operations team as a Norwegian Language Content Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of Norwegian language content on Prime Video.

As a Norwegian language expert, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the quality of Norwegian language content, including subtitles, metadata, and artwork. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure a high-quality viewing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your knowledge of Norwegian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality
About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.

We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
