We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team at Amazon Prime Video. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Content Enhancement: Utilize your expertise in the Swedish language to enhance the quality of our content, including subtitles, metadata, and artwork.
- Process Improvement: Apply your knowledge to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Media Asset Management: Create and manage media assets, including subtitles, metadata, and artwork, to ensure high-quality content delivery.
The Prime Video Global Operations team is responsible for overseeing asset deliveries, system processing, and content publishing to our global audience. We work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless content delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements- Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish language with a strong understanding of region-specific jargon and colloquialism.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
