About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing & Analytics Trainee EMEA to join our dynamic and international Ecommerce team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify growth areas where Kimberly-Clark can improve.
- Develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion, and implement actions to support the performance marketing objectives.
- Collect and analyze key metrics related to awareness, traffic, and conversion.
- Utilize a wide range of data, including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools, to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the Ecommerce Team and other stakeholders.
- Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
- Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Ecommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximized visibility and ROI.
About You:
We are looking for a talented and driven individual who is passionate about Ecommerce marketing and analytics. You should have a first successful experience in reporting and data analysis, using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA or Python. A fluent level of English (C1) is required, and any additional European language will be advantageous.
