**About the Role**

As a Resort Team Leader at Jet2holidays, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience in resort. You will lead a team of Resort Customer Helpers and work closely with internal & external suppliers to ensure our customers have a wonderful holiday.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and issue monthly rosters for your team, working closely with our UK-based planning team.
  • Host weekly meetings with your team and provide training and support to help them deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze customer feedback and results, and work with the Destination Manager to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Destination Manager and Local Agent with future planning and strategy.

**Requirements**

  • You will already hold full right to work documents for the country where this role is based.
  • You will be living in the destination with your own accommodation.
  • You will already be a driver with access to your own motorized vehicle, which you can use for work purposes. Business travel expenses will be reimbursed.
  • You will have a flexible approach to the operation, with working hours varying each month and including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and working weekends.
