Job Description

Job Title: Site Inspection Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Inspection Manager to join our team at Hilton Los Cabos Beach Golf Resort. As a Site Inspection Manager, you will be responsible for selling the features, benefits, and services of the resort while differentiating it from the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the planning of FAM's on behalf of the Commercial Team
  • Be the point person to plan and arrange all logistical aspects of the site, including reservations, transfers, gifting, and curation of the tour
  • Connect the resort with the organizations and the meaning of their visit
  • Identify key players within the operation to enhance sites and recognize those who go above and beyond to give the TMs a sense of belonging
  • Enhance the amenities creativity and client gifts
  • Identify key differentiators and activations for sites on property to create bespoke remarkable experiences
  • Empower the resort TMs with the information needed to make our guests feel welcome and recognized
  • Achieve a strong customer relationship during each site, differentiating the hotel from the competition
