Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Site Manager to lead our on-site installation and commissioning activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the installation process, aligning priorities with customers and project managers, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on-site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  3. Develop and implement effective installation strategies, prioritizing customer satisfaction and project timelines.
  4. Collaborate with project managers to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  1. Practical experience in Electronics/Mechatronics and an intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow to an experienced site manager.
  3. Possession of a valid driver's license.
  4. Good problem-solving skills for technical issues.
  5. Ability to work independently and with precision.
  6. Capability to set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
  7. Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
  8. High motivation and dedication to deliver the project in time and within budget.
