Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Identifying sales opportunities.
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB space.
  • Performing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goal.
  • Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals.
  • Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with a good level of English (at least B2).
  • High school degree or bachelor's degree.
  • Sales or marketing background.
  • General understanding or interest in online marketing products.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • True team player willing to work with many different nationalities.
  • Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed-term contract for one year that can be renewed every year.
  • Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week).
  • 15 days of paid training.
