Senior Client Solutions Associate

Join Gerson Lehrman Group's Professional Services Firms (PSF) team in Barcelona as a Senior Client Solutions Associate. This role involves working with a prestigious client base in Europe, including top corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver projects and build relationships with clients while collaborating with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts during training to grow GLG's network.
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for GLG's PSF clients.
  • Leverage GLG's network to match Network Members with clients based on their needs.
  • Daily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles and ensure an exact fit for client projects.
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience.
  • Enhance your knowledge of clients by building strong relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products.
  • Work with senior team members to program virtual and live content events.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills, owning relationships with clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Full business proficiency in English, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
