Senior Client Solutions Associate Role

Join GLG's Life Sciences team in London as a Senior Client Solutions Associate, working with prestigious clients in the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver projects, build relationships, and work collaboratively with senior colleagues to drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute projects for clients within the Life Sciences industry, leveraging GLG's network to match Council Members with clients based on client needs.
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enhance knowledge of clients by building strong relationships and collaborating with the Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products, including preparation for and attendance of client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, with excellent communication skills and demonstrable client services skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment and a Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or other Life Sciences-related study.
  • Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role.
Career Progression:

Senior Client Services Associates typically progress onto Client Solutions Manager roles after achieving specific qualitative goals, where you are responsible for your own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
