Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert Role

The Senior Client Solutions Expert role sits within our Professional Services Firms (PSF) team based in our global office. We have a prestigious and sophisticated client base in Europe, including some of the world's top corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits – to help them learn and make better decisions every day.

This is a key role within Gerson Lehrman Group; you will own a portfolio of clients and be autonomously responsible for delivering projects. Within this role, you will have the chance to build relationships with our clients and network members and work with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact. At GLG, you will have both the opportunity to progress quickly and to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and preferences.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and network members.
  3. Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events.
  4. Deliver high-quality projects and services to clients.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  7. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills where you have owned relationships with clients.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Full business proficiency in English and German.
