Job Title: Senior Associate Client Solutions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Client Solutions professional to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and certify senior industry experts to grow GLG's network
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for GLG's Professional Services Firms (PSF) clients
  • Leverage GLG's network to match Network Members with clients based on client needs
  • Qualify profiles to ensure exact fit for client projects through daily interaction with GLG's experts
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and overall client experience
  • Enhance knowledge of clients by building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts
  • Collaborate with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products
  • Program virtual and live content events with senior team members
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • 1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills with owned relationships with clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Full business proficiency in English, French, and ideally Spanish
