Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Urban Designer and Project Manager to join our Barcelona office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale urban and master planning projects, managing project stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defend BIG's design intent throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Report to the Partner-in-Charge, providing regular updates and insights.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in large-scale urban and master planning projects, with a proven track record of management and leadership.
  • Experience in design-led and project-management roles, with a strong understanding of urban planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
