Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Urban Designer and Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our urban planning and design team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale urban/master planning projects and design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defend BIG's design intent throughout all project phases
  • Coordinate and manage project teams
  • Report to the Partner-in-Charge
  • Communicate with clients and consultants
  • Produce contract documents
  • Manage and mentor team members
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex design challenges
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in large-scale urban/master planning projects and design
  • Management and leadership experience (10+ years)
  • Experience in design-lead and project-management roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
