About the Role: As a Global Process Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and documenting global processes and KPIs in Material and Warehouse Management Areas. You will also work closely with project members on global SAP projects and ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer to local Key users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement global processes and KPIs in Material and Warehouse Management Areas
- Work with project members on global SAP projects
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer to local Key users
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Measures to optimize workflows
- Evaluate and select new IT tools and solutions to support MM & WM processes
- Create business cases for SAP developments
- Improve supply chain efficiency through proactive coordination and presentation of solution approaches
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- High knowledge of spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Modules: MM, EWM, PP and MS Office
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WH & MM processes
- Experience in Digital Supplier Connections SNC & EDI
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; good communication skills, commitment, and dedication
- High resilience and initiative
- Project management skills combined with analytical, structured ability to work and high problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership to design and continuous improvement
- Process understanding and systematic way of working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
