In this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing an agile process, ensuring the safety of your team, the proper functioning of machinery, and that products comply with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and coordination of manufacturing shifts to ensure compliance with KPIs in terms of occupational safety, quality, service, and cost.
- Reporting on the status of production lines, including performance, problems, improvements, and issues.
- Leading continuous improvement processes and proposing corrective actions to deviations from the process.
- Developing and leading your team, identifying and implementing productive improvements using Lean tools.
- Planning, leading, and monitoring projects related to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in a similar position.
- Decisive person with high analytical, proactive, and results-oriented capacity.
- High leadership skills and team leadership.
- Advanced Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
- English speaker preferred.
