Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Executive Function Leaders to provide strategic guidance on all people matters, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of our group-wide people proposition and key people initiatives, working closely with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as an active member of our People and Culture Leadership Team.
  • Lead the creation and execution of our functional people agenda, driving strategic and growth ambitions for the business.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
