Job Title: Data Center Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for data center operations? Do you have a strong background in engineering and management? We're looking for a talented Data Center Operations Manager to join our team at Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the engineering operations and maintenance of our data centers, ensuring 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services.
  • Lead a team of engineers responsible for risk management, corrective and preventative maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions.
  • Negotiate and roll out contracts, define and audit SLAs, and participate in recruiting efforts.
  • Manage multiple sites and draw from a deep understanding of business knowledge to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data center engineering management.
  • People management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Grado - Licenciatura) or Technical Degree and relevant experience.
