Job Title: Data Center Operations Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team at Amazon Data Services Spain, S. L. This role will be responsible for ensuring the overall availability and reliability of our data centers, meeting or exceeding defined service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data center.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, voice/data, chiller systems, and generators.
  • Provide assistance to contractors or data center engineers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of all facility equipment.
  • Perform site walkthroughs to verify proper operation of facility equipment and monitoring systems.
Requirements:
  • Ability to solve problems through root-cause elimination and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Aptitude for working with minimal supervision and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
