About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Marketing Director to join our team at La Roca Village. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote La Roca Village as a luxury destination of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 360 marketing and commercial plan to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners to ensure successful marketing events and activations
  • Lead and empower the marketing team to achieve business objectives
  • Test and innovate new marketing initiatives to activate the village and brands
  • Ensure world-class product marketing positioning, messaging, and launches

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven experience in large marketing activations and team management
  • Ability to create innovative and effective marketing methods
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
